About the Role Alto seeks a Finance Analyst to support the achievement of industry leading effectiveness and efficiency across our rapidly growing organization. This role will be a key contributor on our Operations Finance team and will manage conversion cost optimization by providing primary finance support for the Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery organizations. This role will report to the VP Finance & Workforce management working in close partnership with the operations team leaders to develop plans and forecasts, providing variance analysis, developing analytical models, and driving efficiencies across the operations org. Lead processes to prepare financial forecasts in partnership with leaders across the company
Support the annual operating plan cycle to include; target setting, guideline creation, managing the calendar and milestones and producing presentations for senior leadership and board members
Collaborate with leadership teams to provide analytical rigor, and evaluate strategic initiatives as well as assessing and analyzing critical business decisions
Partner closely with Alto’s Operations teams across Care (patient services), Fulfillment, and Delivery to proactively seek opportunities that drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs
Build and maintain outstanding effective relationships with cross-functional teams
Support the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals, as well as evaluation of team performance against these metrics.
Strict adherence to the Company’s corporate policies and all regulatory requirements
A Bit About You: Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of corporate finance experience with demonstrated growth
Experience with a fast-growing company with scale
Proven success managing budgets for major functional areas and senior leadership within an organization
Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
Solid understanding of enterprise level financial systems and processes
Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn)
Strong track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in fast-paced mid-sized companies is a plus.
Prior experience partnering with operations teams as their finance business partner

Salary Range: $89,420.00 – $105,200.00 *Please note this range is specific to employees working in Colorado. Salary ranges for remote candidates working outside of Colorado can be subject to regionalized compensation based on their respective work location.
