About the job:
As the Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Area Manager in maintaining inventory accuracy by facilitating cycle counts, inventory movements, and increments and decrements of products in the WMS related to all departments within the warehouse. You will be a key stakeholder in building something from the ground up and have a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in Gilbert, Arizona and will report to the Area Manager over Inventory.
Responsibilities
Perform inventory transactions and oversee levels daily as required for the facility to support fulfillment success.
Work across multiple systems to ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Track and report Inventory status daily and weekly for receiving, stow and stocking levels for all inventory.
Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual cycle count check programs to ensure accuracy of inventory.
Research and report any variances and or errors
Assist and support the Area Manager to help organize, motivate and train warehouse associates regarding inventory processes.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all associates, particularly with Area Manager and General Manager.
Be a resource to associates by supporting open communication.
Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
2-4 years of warehouse inventory experience required.
Experience with WMS and ERP applications
Experience working with warehouse receipt and stow scanning systems
GED or high school diploma.
Proactive and motivational customer focused attitude to help set the tone for an energetic work environment.
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
Problem solver with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs and Gmail.
Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stopping, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
