About the Team
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join as a key contributor to our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain team builds the core systems that provide patients with a stellar pharmacy experience by delivering to them the right drugs, at the right cost, at the right time.
You will join a high impact team that is focused on scaling and automating our inventory, procurement, fulfillment, and delivery systems. We work closely with Product, Design, and Operations to deliver the next generation of systems for our business. In the next 12 months, we’re working to significantly scale our operations with predictive procurement, automated fulfillment, and dynamic courier routing.

A bit about you:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience writing production code
Experience architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability
Proficient in one or more programming languages. (At Alto, we mainly use Ruby on Rails on the backend with ReactJS on the frontend, but experience with these specific languages and frameworks is not required)
Possess strong engineering fundamentals while gaining satisfaction from mentoring and elevating team members
Experience with designing and implementing service oriented architectures
