About the Role:
Hims & Hers is looking for an outstanding Product Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. You will have the opportunity to provide teams from across the company with actionable legal advice on marketing materials and new and existing products and services offered by Hims & Hers. You will get to work on interesting and novel issues that arise from the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.
You Will:
Work with multiple teams throughout the organization, including the marketing, engineering, and supply teams throughout the development of a product and/or service offered by Hims & Hers
Provide legal advice on a wide-range of legal risks and issues relating to the development and marketing of products and services offered by Hims & Hers
Review customer-facing marketing content that is featured on TV, print, radio, podcasts, online, and on social media
Identify issues that may touch upon privacy and regulatory issues
Assist with Hims & Hers’ legal intake and review process and help implement policies and procedures for matter management
You Have:
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
Minimum 3 years of practicing law at a firm and/or in-house
Experience with advertising law and ecommerce law
Ability to provide succinct, solution-focused advice
Preferred Experience:
Experience with FTC laws and regulations relating to the marketing and promotion of products
Ability to identify potential issues that touch upon privacy and regulatory matters.
Experience working directly with clients who do not have legal backgrounds
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience working in a fast paced technology company, start up or health care

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
An estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 – $175,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
