The Total Rewards team provides rewards programs that attract, retain and motivate Squarespace candidates and employees. We are looking for an Intern to help us use AI tools to automate responses to typical Benefits questions from our employees. Your project will have a long lasting impact on our company and showcase the innovation of the People team.
You will report to the Sr. Benefits Manager and work onsite in our New York office (hybrid).
You'll Get To…
- Refine People team technologies and automate responses to employees about our benefits programs.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and how AI tools can enhance their daily operations.
- Research AI tools to evaluate how they can improve and streamline operational processes within the Benefits team.
Who We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled New York-based student graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
- Knowledge or experience with AI tools landscape and automating processes.
Cash Compensation Range: $20.00 – $22.00 USD hourly rate
